About the position:

Your tasks and responsibilities as a customer service representative:

• Welcome customers in the store and inform them about our main products: investment gold, investment silver, currency exchange, and money transfers.
• Handle payments (cash and card), issue receipts/invoices, and register transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about prices, promotions, and investment options.
• Continuously work to prevent money laundering and participate in regular training on current laws and regulations.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales.
• Promote products and services through an active sales strategy.

Who we believe you are:

• You are a customer-oriented, problem-solving, and responsible person.
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and English.
• You have completed high school education and are comfortable working with numbers.
• You have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Windows, Teams).

Meritorious:

• Previous work experience in sales, finance, or exchange operations is a plus.
